The National Housing Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL) announces the sale of the Hilux BG-1-1071 and BG-2A-0039, 2002 model and Bolero BG-1-1179, 2003 model in running condition through open public auction on February 14, 2020 from 11:00 AM in the conference hall of NHDCL, Thimphu.

Terms and conditions:

1. The individual bidders will have to deposit an earnest money of Nu.5,000/- (Ngultrum  Five Thousand only) and an entrance fee of Nu.300 (non-refundable) on or before 11:00 AM on the day of auction.
2. The Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately and rest 75 % within 10 days.
3. The unsuccessful bidder’s earnest money will be refunded after the auction.

The interested bidders may please visit the NHDCL Office, Thimphu to inspect the vehicle prior to auction. For detailed terms and conditions, refer attched document herewith.
