Documents required for Online Housing application system for Corporate and Private employees:

1. Payslip signed with official seal from the company Proprietor/HR/Accounts.
2. Appointment letter
3. Size of the document should be less then 1MB each.

Note: Applicant owning building/flat within Thimphu Thromde and gross household income (applicant and spouse) exceeding Nu. 16,001 shall not be eligible.
